Any further thoughts: Please ban this player to teach him that insulting your teammates will not motivate them or improve their game play, but my in fact encourage them to ruin games in spite. I have only posted one replay, but if you take 5 minutes to look at any of the games where he lost, you will quickly notice that all of them contain very excessive flame. I have personally been banned for much less verbiage.
