Any further thoughts: This player always pauses game when he charging enemy for ganks in majority of the games i play with him. I'm sick of this type of behavior from continuing. Please remind this player that pausing during fights is bannable . Thank you.

Time of Violation (in-game or replay): min 0-2 afk, min 3 intentional lack of help (with full mana/full hp mid), min 26 no boots of speed, min 32 bara not helping in a teamfight.
Any further thoughts: Player started by afk then stood mid passively without attacking a single creep for significant amount of time after which he could have charged Morphiling who fb'ed me. bara stood 500 units away and did not do anything... It's pretty obvious intentional trolling and gameruin. Player deserves ban.

I tried to VK bara at min 3 after his obvious attempt to ruin and morphiling did not VK, while he could see bara stand and not move = ban deserving behaviour.

I was waiting for this Banrequest
It is all true I already explained it in this banrequest:

Blue was afk but he said it at the start:

(00:37 / Allied) 14DEMO14: 2 min away afk plz PHONE

But instead of a short afk this ended up in him staying in mid for the first six minutes doing nothing and leeching exp.

Agree. Spends first 7 minutes of game either afk or sitting in mid lane doing nothing but leeching exp.
Initiates abusive votekick on allie.
