[Dota] evi1 game ruin doesn't help team

Violated Rule(s): Greiving refusal to help team solo play. Malicious intent
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): All game 27-35 we have advantage, he has taken the gem and is not helping us push. All we need is stasis and leoric/spectre useless they wouldn't touch any of us;. 36 he FFs - has no mines at mid nothing no game sense. 38 doesnt blow his mines for 2 kills. 40 he teleports bottom instead of defending mid. 48 he had 3 ppl set up at his remotes and could have blown them all and does not.
Any further thoughts: Trust me on this admins - this person refuses to help the team. We had multiple kills with mines and he doesn't blow - I left gem in base so it wouldn't be in courier and he takes and then refuses to give back to the team. He never came once to push when we were powerful and overall had multiple times to blow people up and refused to do so. He is toxic and ruins thsi community.
