What exactly did he do? Did he antistuck and kill-steal from another player or did he antistuck to kill leaked units?

Antistucking your units to kill leaked units in Mega is not a bannable offense as far as I know (sadly).

it is bannable on mega if he abuse as on my tower. just that he as cross get his leaks.
