Any further thoughts: Multiple failures to send, mass protons and 6/0 at level 10 and Sebass still doesn't kick Afropty. This is a VISIBLE game ruiner which was not kicked.

Level 13 (Despite us pinging him he still doesnt full send with team. This makes a huge difference as there were auras missing which I asked to be sent)

The build is not bannable, I do think he is just bad not intentionally throwing, upping farm early is not bannable either. He missed 1 send on 5, sending a warr late afterwards (which indicates it was a mistake) and he did send on 13.

The votekick was not legit, you can't kick people for being bad. Him missing sends can be bannable (though you started votekicks long before that..) but it only happened once and it does look like a mistake to me.
