Technically they weren't wrong to try to kick him - He randomed lanaya, and his allies even offered to repick it for him (+ informed why keeping TA was not advised)

They tried to draw the game before the desync occured - and only attempted to votekick him after the desync occured (where they just wanted to draw, due to the massive desync ingame)

This should be denied imo, given the votekick was justified (If anything, OP would be banned for keeping TA)
