Any further thoughts:

Didn`t send wars lvl 1. Solo upped king Multiple times. Upped king instead of sending. Send Solo lvl 16 even though we called 20 or 17 depending on if they send 15. Didnt send 17 even though he had 2800 wood. He did this before in a game where i was in, he didnt send 15 which cost the game. Now he did it again but multiple times. He was full aware of it. It should be a long ban, cause you cant violate more rules then he did this game. Also after solo sending 16 he wrote lol and then like i said didnt send 17. This player doesnt belong here.
