Ok, so after rewatching the replay I couldn't find any "evidence" of ruin. There no rule about taking items from leavers, everyone can take without asking (even if this can lead that a feder with 0-20 taking items)
The votekick were. You kinda triggerd him to flame you, and it went both ways. He pushed and defend with team all game. I agree that blodstone pl would have been much more usefull, but thats life in pub dota.
