Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Stars around 21 mins. Notified them of his mass couriers/trolling at 22 mins. They Refused to kick the entire game, even after they saw what he was doing.



Any further thoughts: The guy who bought couriers is i.p dodging and ruins a lot of games so his ban wont matter. The problem is the people refusing to vote when they clearly saw him running around with mass couriers. They are just as bad and refusing to kick which ruined the game. They deserve a longer ban. Didnt watch replay, but if the fact of mass buying couriers to feed is true - thats:

Do not ruin the game on purpose:
Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).
Do not feed or suicide on purpose which negatively affects the game.
Do not refuse to learn/and or cooperate: this does not mean being new/bad is bannable.

Also want to note that elat_farth(666) was already recentry reported for VK abuse (as initiator).

Around 19:00 minute mark of replay time, ultra)rogue purchases multiple couriers. Begins running around and gets a few killed. No purpose in doing this other than to game-ruin/troll. Reading the chat, this player is a troll and plays like one.
