Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 32:27, afk for 3 minutes then at 33:22; refused to help team and engaged with sents pushing bottom. Didn't use doom ult. This led to him being votekicked immediately after.
Any further thoughts: Clearly afk grieving and refusing to help team which led to in-game kick and deserves longer ban

28:00-32:30, penuad4 afk's. Total of over 4 minutes. His teammates lose a few towers as they are unable to defend.

33:00, doesn't do anything while his teammates are defending bot. Just hangs around mid without casting doom to at least help his teammates.

33:50, goes afk at base while enemy team is pushing. Heads top while base gets attacked by neutrals before he is kicked.

Penuad4 should be banned for refusing to cooperate/afk, and game-ruining.
