He get mad, because i stayed with harlot 7 2 and hold 10, also team called to send 10 which he didnt want so went toxic and mad (He stayed 7 3 with ygg and leaked 10 without send)

I'm seeing that he did send 10/12. By all accounts, he did most of what you guys asked him to do. Although his language sounds bad, it's not enough to warrant a ban here. Is there anything you would like to add because your timestamps are not showing what you're saying happened.

Only upped king once or twice solo - that does not warrant a ban in this case as it did not affect the outcome of the game negatively for your team. User is on a short leash given history of toxicity but this was minor - will keep an eye for future cases.
