3:20-4:00, Puck comes bot to help gank. Axe would rather stand there farming the creeps instead of helping us get a double kill. We pinged numerous times but due to Bara+LC at bot, puck ended up dying.

10:50-11:10, Axe has full HP. Instead of helping the team tank, he is by our tower refusing to help. Our teammates end up dying as we do not have a tank.



Any further thoughts: This player has an extensive and long list of game-ruining bans recently. Issuing a 5 day ban.
