Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Doesn't send with team on 7 or up king with thousands of wood.
Any further thoughts: Tried to communicate with him repeatedly and let him make send calls.
Not the worst case of game ruining as we were able to prevent the tk, since other team trusted us. But the attempt is clearly there and he knew what he was doing.
