7:00, I head bot to help gank. Omni TP's top to avoid cooperating.
Minute 7:00-20:00, can't really name a timestamp here because Omni just farms for his rad while the rest of the team is pushing/defending/fighting.
21:30, we are pushing and defending. Omni is nowhere to be found.
33:00, they are roshing. I tell the team to come. Omni takes his time to come and basically shows up after the team fight is done.
34:20, Omni takes the aegis. While not ban-able, very indicative of his gameplay and behavior considering he hasn't been around for the majority of the fights nor is he the carry on the team.
36:00, I try and help my teammates. After tanking for a few seconds, omni arrives but doesn't repel me despite the fact I am getting targeted. Omni also has aegis so there was no immediate concern as to why he would repel himself instead.
37:00, team fight at top. Omni has a TP but refuses to use it. Walks all the way to top but by then, we are all already dead.






Any further thoughts:

43 minute game, 3-4-4 score in which the assists were due to his rad. Admits to not wanting to help, timestamps show he refused to help, and shows little care in trying to win the game.

Banned 5 days for refusing to cooperate multiple instances and game-ruining behavior.
