Enemy team was told that Huskar refused to help but outside of Tiny, refused to votekick. This was after a very evident game in which Huskar was non-active in team fights or helping the team defend.

As to Brown's overall game-ruining, it was pretty much the entire game. Griefs at fountain for the last four minutes of the game. Jungling, playing careless, afk, refusing to help.
