I dont know if this is a rule but it should be.

gamestarted and blue was afk, so I paused.. v 4ohmbridge kept unpausing.
even his own team tried to pause.
We asked him to stop, even his own team.. and he just said "I dont care"
"I threatend him that it was unfair and I would write a report.. he repeat I dont care"

so time runs out, and level starts, and literally the one second later blue is back, but now game is ruined he didn't get to build
all cause of 4ohmbridge.

Wrong, the game was ruined because blue went afk. He have no obligation to pause the game.
