You can use !ignore if you don't want to read the flame/rage/troll/insult. It doesn't mean that the offender is excused from punishment.

!ignore is optional. Telling someone to slit their wrist and for them to die and have their mother find them dead is just being immature and not needed in any aspect of the game.
With that being said, pinheadlarry is correct. Next time don't encourage others if you truly wanted to avoid this kind of speech.
