I ignored him early on because I have very bad experience playing with this person and I did not care for the flaming I had in the past, but that is irrelevant because I did not call any shots so he did not need to see my texts.

We were upping during lvl7 so that we would send lvl10, as per his call, but we did not stop the instant he said it (while 7 was still going) so he said

It is rather common to up till the end of lvl7, and regardless, not instantly stopping in our tracks and upping for 20 seconds more, does not justify "there is no communication". He said he wont lose income for us, while he wanted us to stop upping before 7 ended.
He did not send with us at lvl10, he kept upping king. Teal asked him repeatedly to send, he did not. He did not heal at level 12. He did not send with us at level 14. Teal pinged and asked him which he ignored.

He also told the other team we were planning to send lvl14, before lvl14:

We initiated votekick several times, explaining the situation to the other team. Yellow wrote !yes, while green ignored and orange suggested we were abusing !vk
Blue did not send with us on levels 10 and 14 so it was clear for them to see that one person in our team was not team playing. He also lied that he did not agree with our plan, it was his idea to king and send 10:

Floopitiflop is saying that he won't lose income for his teammates, however sending gives 20%-30% better income.Then doesn't build during a round in other words is *NOT UTILISING the incorrectly gained INCOME he did not want to lose" : D

If the strat is a vote per head- 2 people win over 1. If it was vote per elo- 4000 over 1100. :X He used to be a better player, not sure if it was the drugs.

When you join a game and both ignore your teammate for no reason other than he asks to trade auras dont expect cooperation. Or when you call them names for asking to up. Makes it hard to look at what he did. I would say in the future dont play on the same team with blue (go other side and beat him) Will give blue a warning for not following and missing a heal you two this time but dont play on his team in the future it looks like you 2 joined his side to troll someone you had a problem with.
