Any further thoughts:

Other guys didnt votekick, which resulted in our loss at 20 beacuase the afks leaks killed us , I'd like them to get a ban or an actual warning.

Because only one attempt was made to kick i would issue a warning ban . If a second attempt was made ans not passed i would ban for a few days. Also would ban him for the afk

Banned neonec 4 hours as a warning ban due to high stay rate and no previous bans.
