i did a !yes at first !votekick because you are a very pathetic player, who refused a draw lvl 1 after we kicked a player who droped, but sadly rules not banning ppl refusing a draw at last lvl 1 or 2 !!

And then when i remember this rules,

(11:11 / Allied) youarenoob: u will get banned
(11:16 / Allied) youarenoob: refusing draw isn't reportable
(11:26 / Allied) youarenoob: but kicking for refusing draw is reportable

then, when the votekick didn't pass, this is not bannable (i knwo this because i reported someone who really !vk abuse on me)

hpn96 is banned 1 day for saving the game and abusing the votekick. Duration is low due to his clean history.

n00b`4k is banned 1 day for abusing the votekick and wishing cancer.

youarenoob is given a warning for abusing the votekick.
