I said "send 21 together after fog" 2~3 times before 20
but he don't send and rage

Around 38:00 Green says "send 21 after fog"
49:45 kill-noob "dont forget after fog we will 21+surge+instarage"
52:40 kill-noob pings to send / pings the send.
52:55 again with 5 seconds to go he is pinging yellow.
54:00 MoBFiga "Why send on 21?"

He did not question or ask about it previous to the send and he had ample opportunity to raise any objections and to discuss strategy.
Rule broke :
"Refusing to cooperate by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win."

Whether or not sending on 21 was the correct move or not is irrelevant, he had plenty of opportunities to disagree and explain why instead he opted to just not send and then complain about it after the fact.
