Honj violated the FF rule at the 13:41 and 16:37 mark in-game time, tries to forfeit a game that is by no means evidently lost or over, throws and comebacks do exist and happen.

Honj did indeed go AFK at the 30-minute mark and intentionally move around to try to avoid the AFK timer I imagine.

The enemy team clearly knew he was AFK, not showing anywhere in the game for several minutes, where else would he be? DNAFit even said around the 34:00 mark "Reported for vk abuse, pink isn't AFK" when in fact he was and maliciously so.

First Votekick on honj was around the 15:30 mark with no explanation given, they could argue the case he was feeding on purpose but this was not explained.

Another Votekick on honj was around the 23:53 mark, no explanation given.
Further votekick at 31:09 - they explained he was afk at the fountain which he was for around 2-3 minutes, moving around intentionally to avoid AFK timer, enemy team would have known he was AFK in my opinion.

The enemy team did indeed breach the following rule (31:09ish onwards) :
"You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's game ruining rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim."

Axe did indeed leave the game around 23:07.

There was a refusal to VK and AFK player, a clear violation of the rules, however, I do not think to kick him at this stage would have changed the outcome of the game in any way but the rules are the rules.

Honj banned 3 days for AFKing. Over 8 minutes of griefing/afking.

Denied on the !vk attempts. Two votekick attempts issued with no explanation given leads the other team to assume you are just abusing !votekick. If you are to !votekick someone, you must present a valid reason so the other team knows what the issue is. Not doing so can mislead them into abusing !votekick.
