Any further thoughts:

I asked juggernaut if he really wanted mid because I knew Earth Spirit would mid. After he states as such, he proceeds to feed 0-9-0 at mid dying repeatedly via the same process. His reckless gameplay at mid led to him feeding the enemy team. The most obvious occurrence of such is at 13:30 in-game time where yellow is directly in front of him. Considering yellow is super fed, juggernaut should have ran. Instead, he runs up to the creeps and begins farming as Earth Spirit is alongside him and ends up dying. He seemingly gives up and starts playing recklessly throughout the game.

Banned 3 days for intentional feeding.
