If you don't bother to list out the timestamps, don't expect someone to watch the entire game. Having a bad score alone is not bannable. If they are intentionally feeding, then I could ban them but I'm not going to watch the entire game when all you can do is timestamp it to save everyone some time. No items because he can't afford it is not bannable.
