Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):Player picks invoker sunstrikes throughout the game in fog where he had no vision.
Checked Replay and fogclicks at beginning of the game.
Any further thoughts: guy says he was at an internet cafe, but ban him anyways.
