Any further thoughts: I started getting suspicious at the 2nd time he ganked me when I (axe) was alone in jungle, so checked replay. Check my notes, and I also had 2 fogclick detections when I watched replay:

10:35 he knows to go straight for me (axe) without vision (ie. wards)
12:45 he knows again to go straight for me (axe) in jungle without vision (ie. wards)
14:17 he fogclicks on PL without vision (ie. wards) all the way deep in secret shop nobody around WTF.
14:25 he fogclicks AA near his own tower with nobody around and no vision (ie. wards) WTF.

Confirmed, thought I still hate LoD because I can't use DRMF on it. Thank you for posting this ban request and catching this individual breaking the rules, we appreciate it.
