Any further thoughts: He fed early on, and even admitted that he wasn't going to do anything to help and was going to continue to feed throughout game. He said he was aiming to get 15 deaths, then he would destroy his items and leave. After looking at his stats page, from his previous game stats it looks like he knows how to play the game, just decided to throw the game for whatever reason. He only has 2 games under this account, so he could be a ban dodger. Side-note: When I initiated Votekick after Botones admitted he would just feed in all chat, whole scourge team refused to !yes. Not sure if that is worth a ban, but still, he admitted in all chat throughout game and they didn't want to votekick.

The only thing I can ban him for is refusal to defend your mid lane which cost you guys the rax, he just built a horrid build that was really weak against everything. He never dive into towers or destroyed his items, so I will not be banning him for it. He was sure annoying with the way he was acting though. Saying he was feeding was one thing but all game all he tried to do was farm. For this I will not be banning scrouge. If you feel something is off you can pm me.
