Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): All game but mostly 3 mins before the ending i saw a clear throwdown of the game. When confronting the player about this alleged throwing of game, he begun to insult me and proceeded to leave game.
Any further thoughts: Need to say more?

Said player did not play a great game but I saw nothing that would indicate the threw the game. He wasn't the best phoenix by any means. He played pretty poorly but that does not justify it as being called throwing. He never dive to death intentionally.
