Yes. He took three or so minutes to spawn, wasted time for a little, then sui'd at an ogre eb and proceeded to quit immediately after.

Why not use the format? I would understand if the "new post" area was originally blank, but to request like you did you had to intentionally delete the format. Edit the OP.

Yes it does follow the format, whether you want to think so or not. Just because it doesn't have what a new ban format would have doesn't make it not follow the format any more than somebody who did include that kind of information.

The only information that timmy left out was what his username was in the game, and knowing him, it's most likely an alt (I have a guess what it is). The times of when the incident(s) occurred is negligible, as I had quickly assumed the time of the suicide, since titans that intentionally suicide and ruin the game usually quit immediately after doing so. Also, Timmy had reinforced my correct assumption on the times, so he doesn't actually have to edit the OP.

It takes less than 5 seconds to scroll down, see his post, and then proceed to checking the replay. The replay itself is less than 8 minutes long, so a moderator shouldn't have the excuse of not having the time to check the ban request and the replay when the replay itself isn't that long to begin with.

Poster's name ingame is important. He also left out game name which is less important. And the time of incidents, which is also less important.

When you press the new topic button there's a reason it autofills the format, and it's not so you can delete it and make your own format. He has most of the information, but we have the format so it's easy to read, and all the information is presented in a consistent manner from thread to thread.

"Format" is defined as "the way in which something is arranged or set out."
So, even if he had all the information of the template, the format would not be the same because the format is the way that it is "arranged". So, it's very clear that the OP does not follow the format, or the "way that it is supposed to be arranged"
