Rule player violated: Maphacking
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): All game. He made several fogclicks which confirm 100% maphack.
Any further thoughts: Check if he is on the IP ban range. Maphack is also confirmed considering he fogclicked Jounin/Artisan shop multiple times before he had vision of it and several heroes many times in the fog of war. Tayuya was in enemy base with no vision. Screenshot to confirm.
