Any further thoughts:
greenpanda farms solo in jungle most game and goes afk 15 minutes after dying. We lose a crucial battle mid while he's afk.

Only 1 person voted in VK1 and the others only voted in VK2 to avoid getting a possible ban. However, by that time the crucial battles had taken place and our team wasn't able to get the extra gold + items that might have won the game for us. I think the second votekick was started by my team mates to avoid a ban. I will leave it up to you to decide if that matters, and I think VK2 was too late to matter. People should use the votekick system in a timely fashion, and not just when it doesn't make a difference either way to vote.

Seems like everything is there and pretty well formatted. Have faith, when they process this I'm sure people refusing to kick someone breaking a rule will get whats coming to them.

P.s. I hate when ppl do this. They just want to win the game so bad they don't even want it to be fair or fun. Is the game even fun when they don't !yes that and allow the person to game ruin for everyone else? imo, no.

If you look at it closesly, I (vYRixx) got disconnected before you even started the vote so I see no reason why you are posting my name as 1 of the violators.

I agree, I think they just wanted a sure win instead of being fair. I hope a ban will make them think twice regarding not VKing legitimate rule breakers. Fun is not a factor when people don't vote, just pointless elo greed and and ego feeding.

I am not banning any of the people who refused to kick in the first vote kick. I know it is not always fair and believe me I have had many games ruined by kicking too late or not kicking at all. But the fact of the matter is that only one other person besides you voted at all on the first kick, and it was a person not on ur team. Clearly the players were not aware what was going on, even on your team, probably because 2 players had lagged out / left prior. There was only one more votekick in which everyone voted.

Denied for the VK report, however, I'm banning Greenpanda for 7 days for afk griefing and game ruining.
