Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): 8 mins, 9 mins and after 11 mins.
Any further thoughts: I have been previously banned for not voting someone off, there for i am submitting because i know it will be treated the same way as it was to me. Hope for some fairness from ENT!

We do understand that it was unfair not to vk an afk user, but i think the time he afked was quite short, therfor i am giving this user 24h ban for afking on purpose, at that state of game it wouldnt change the final score. Next time i will extend it to few days.
As for not kicking that afk player i have to refuse to ban these users. I will explain You something that happens to me sometimes.
From time to time i am very concerned about what's happening on the map, or take a great care to lasthit creeps, and i do not read the msgs on the chat. I have to admit, that i havent kicked few ppl this way, but it was not on purpose, cos i just didnt see it.
If You would make a votekick twice, i wouldnt have any doubt, and ban these users You named, but in this case we have something called reasonable doubt which will not allow me to punish players who might had been not aware of what's going on. But i will keep these players on my eye and whenever the do something similar there will be consequences.
