Any further thoughts:

I dropped an item at ~16:00 to burn for cash and he took it to burn for himself instead, so he got the cash. I thought this might have been an accident I since dropped it right under me, but then later at 21:00 I went to burn items again and he tped in to take my items. Then from ~29:00-33:00, I stay near base waiting to burn items and I see him near me, so I wait until he leaves. But he instead buys a tp and waits nearby for several minutes until I drop an item. (Also, something extremely similar happened before too. I forget the game but the username was popo9999, so I was wondering if you could check if it was an alias.)

Him and Waukesha also stalled out the game instead of finishing. They had several chances to finish the game but instead decided to wait for the other team to respawn so they could get more kills.
