Rule player violated: I believe he was anti stucking my side of the map due to how the creeps went middle, also juggling king for about 40 seconds on lvl 4 which I'm not sure is bannable
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):I noticed that he might of been anti stucking my side on lvl 3,
Any further thoughts: He did stop doing these things when I told him it was against the rules, shouldn't be too harsh I guess

As for the king juggling, the rule states;

Edit: Taking into account that he stoped these breach's once you made him aware of it, 5 day ban.
