I don't know if there are any rules about fountain camping, I have to admit I took advantage of such a thing myself in the past, now I hate the act and think there should be rules against it, since fountain camping is not fun and sure you can ff but in order to end it that way, means in a pub game for all team mates to think in unison and not to be afk, which is difficult. Normally this happens against stacked teams, though it isn't limited to them. Just a suggestion I guess.

Reading the already posted rules would help. No excessive Fountain Farming
