Rule player violated: antistuck on opponent side
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): lvl8 he antistuck'ed my wave units(they cut the corner).
Any further thoughts: As excuse he said "i didn't know you can't use antistuck on fog. Skip this video to lvl 12 and he explains me how to use antis-stuck. he says: "i can use it on my side, can't use it on yours" or something like that. Not knowing rules should not prevent you from punishment, but he knew the rules and tried to make a lie which should harsh' his punishment i think.

Looking into this now.

Maybe its + maphacking too because he aimed my units with a-s too perfectly.(but just maybe, it's posible to learn where to aim AS on fog, maybe)

Right now theres no evidence of maphack, Any maybe it was a perfect A-S, But he can judge where your creeps are from watching his side.

Either way, I dont believe him when he said he didnt know it was forbidden, since he has a histroy.
