Just wondering.. If you already banned the guy when you still need confirmation?

Because the admin policy is that someone doesn't get the full year ban unless it is double checked by another admin. They may just be banned for a day or so (depending on when another admin checks it) if they weren't actually hacking. Though Agreements usually only posts them in this thread if he's pretty darn sure. Being that 1 year is such a long time, we like to be sure. (Also, if they notice they are banned and shouldn't be, it gives them something to appeal if a thread is started.)

Actually, he can be banned for a year, just topic has to stay here until another admin confirms.

Well, yes, but I meant, the person doesn't actually get banned for the full year if another admin states they found no hacking. I know we can ban for a year

Confirmed click on Parmoi_Pasvu. Click on Rikimaru is definitely delayed; it's not two seconds, it's less than one second.
