Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):

- 23:10 - 23:30 (replay timer): First suspected MH, ping into fog but he had just seen tiny. Decided to keep my eye on him since I thought someone was MH considering half of us were lagging unusualy hard.

- 38:30 - 40:00 (replay timer): The one that convinced me occured at 38:47 (pings location of incoming gank w/o any vision). There were several pings during this time that wer suspicious.

- 44:50 - 46:00 (replay timer): Suspicious pings and warnings in Scourge jungle. Probably the weakest of them all b/c we knew there were a few top.

Any further thoughts: He sucked in the beginning but I still believed he MHs against the spirit of the game. If, in your judgment, he has transgressed I believe he should be punished regardless of his skill level.
