I just wanna know is it ok when it happend i can kick him or not. if so i wont do that next time and ill kick someone like that too then.

That's a lie, they vk you 'cuz you were flaming blue all the time and your team started the vk cuz you took all items.
Imho the votekick was valid, isn't a reason to ban anyone here, neither you. The kick was enough.

Flaming or taking leaver item is not a valid reason to votekick. And you do not share leaver items, you give it to the carry.
