Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): Before the draft player asks his team if he should use the glitch, the then does to increase Spirits base damage.
Any further thoughts: Player glitches spirit embers base damage, admits to doing it multiple times, including explaining the glitch towards the end of the game. To me intentionally glitching is one of the worst offenses you can do, the ban for this should be perma or substantially longer then a leaver ban.
