Any further thoughts:
The player does not have any games on his record, suggesting that he changes his name often. It may be more appropriate to do an IP ban for it to have any effect.
Please note that most of the other team refuses to vote yes on a votekick against this player, which itself is a violation of the rules. (This occurs around 24:00 on the replay timer)

Between 14~20m he suspiciously pinged in fog, so maybe MH, i am not sure. I'm not an expert on this part :?
He indeed fountain camping,  while writing and while Votekick abusing.

I will give him a Month Ban if he impersonated an Admin and used MH.
Otherwise a Month Ban for ruining game will be Technically Correct.
Another Mod/Admin can help me on this part (regards MH and Admin Impersonator) and

This is just small part of is raging and trying kick... I delete most of ''LoL'' and shit useless spammed. He need a ban obviously. Not admin, Giving my opinion. He didn't pretend to be admin. And no mh as been seen on replays... Just the fact of spam chat and votekick abuse.
