Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):according to replay timer- 1:53 fogclicks SA and at ~ 6:01 silencer clicks on chen with no vision in neutral creeps. This should suffice for a ban.
Any further thoughts: I was suspicious during game because silencer charged me in neutral camp and he denied using any aids but upon review he is a dirty hacker. Thanks for the time.
