Drow ranger-all her fogclicks were delayed ones and there was nothing legit, she never brought dust

With the 2 things pugna did, I think he is a mher. There is no other way for a player to randomly dust/nuke without mh. He was very careful not to fogclick, his mh was a bit more subtle.
