Any further thoughts: this player is known to change names when banned for maphack. o.o.geo.o.0 note the "0" at the end. he has other similar accounts. I played 2 games in a row against him, he was pugna both games, maphacked extensively. A lifetime ban should be appropriate for such a blatant and repeat offender. Thank you.

Interestingly, when you browse through my post history, you'll notice that I filed another mh ban request to which the moderator I3omb replied the following:

15:33 randomly nukes an invis clinkz
19:52 randomly dusts an invis clinkz with nothing to indicate he is there

With the 2 things pugna did, I think he is a mher. There is no other way for a player to randomly dust/nuke without mh. He was very careful not to fogclick, his mh was a bit more subtle.

I happened to notice the name when browsing my post history - it is the same violator I am reporting today under an alias! He was also pugna. This replay has clear evidence

Provide replay times of suspicious incidents. If it is not fogclicks, we will need a number of suspicious gameplays to ban for mh.
