Any further thoughts: skeenajob first said he was going afk because other player repicked before swapping. I warned player that he will be reported if he goes afk. Player started to play after that but then went afk 8 mins into game.
I am a little confused how he was even able to play...because according to ENT he is banned until 9/20/14 23:22 CST. We played [ENT] DotA arem us/ca #19 on the useast realm if that makes a difference. How can someone play if they are already banned?

Fails swap beginning of the game and QQs. Refuses to play for 1 minute, but tps mid to play when others initiate a votekick. He does not feed. He plays ok and ganks bot, but it fails. So, he starts grieving at fountain at 09:00. He gets votekicked out after 3 minutes or so. Impacted the game.

skeenajob@uswest banned 7 days for refusing to play and afk grieving.
