9.30 i move to kill blue on mid lane. He quickly hugs tower. He stays at tower for a while when i wait for him to move back to farming.
Haunt attacks him twice, and when i move towards him he quickly runs home.

Look how he walks STRAIGHT for me without any prior vision.
He even passes QoP, Bane and my illusion. QoP doesnt even bother attacking him.
14.22 he activates repel still without seeing me.
