Time of Violation (in-game or replay): perfect flow throughout game. He always knew when heroes were ganking and where invis heroes were coming to gank his allies.

10:00 (game time but might be off by a little bit with this time stamp) when they roshing pugna approaches to gank rosh but cant because huskar flows with him as he tries to get near rosh. Why wouldnt huskar join teal to gank mid heroes???? Cause he knew pugna ganking rosh.
12:40 game time he farms until heroes approach to gank him
13:00 huskar chooses to run in the direction of meepo who is isolated. (no vision) stops chasing cause meepo faster.
14:00 huskar flows with pugna again who is going bot to gank yellow. he dusts, sees nothing yet still knows what path to follow to catch pugna.
Any further thoughts:

I cant find an incident in this game to indicate huskar does not mh. With the harby its easy to tell that he does not have mh. With huskar every move in the game indicates he has mh.

just did. huskar moved with all invis heroes and heroes ganking him. there were no incidents where he didnt know he was getting ganked.

Well after reviewing the only suspicious thing is that dust huskar used at river, still i could consider this as precaution so not really suspicious tbh.

Now towards your timestamps:

10 - Huskar went shopping and then stayed back covering his team that was roshing.
12:40 - Everyone from scourge was missing and the last sight of them was on bot lane moving towards mid, which would mean they were coming for him top
13:00 - Meepo came into his sight for a second (rewatch the scene and you'll notice meepo is visible for a fraction)
14:00 - Actually huskar moved towards oracle, you were the one who became visible near oracle wards and therefore huskar charged and helped oracle

In the rest of the replay i don't really see "too much luck incidents", he has nothing suspicious to be honest.
