[DOTA] Jump.@useast and Forza-italy.@europe Griefing + Intentional AFK with movement

Violated Rule(s): Jump.@useast began afk'ing at approx 5 minutes into the game and was afk the remainder of the game, only coming back for short 10-20 second bursts then purposely afk'ing his hero at fountain for multiple minutes of the game. Extremely Frustrating!
forza-italy.@europe decided to begin griefing at level 9 (he was our solo mid) at approx 10-12 minutes into the game and continued to sit at fountain harassing people for the next 13-ish minutes.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): At 5 Minutes or so, the afk began. At approx 10-12 minute mark, zues begins griefing at tower.
Any further thoughts: This was such a winnable game, I believe both Jump and forza deserve the same ban since both ruined the game intentionally in different ways. Thank you for your time

Lion goes afk for 70% of the game. Comes back for a min few times, then afks again.
