Using !votekick to spam or when the victim has not done anything wrong.

As I hadn't done anything wrong, according the ENT rules, he abused votekick.

If the application of the rule has now changed then you should update your rule page.

I meant he did only once and he didnt succeed so i watch replay and read chat to understand what happened. After all, i believe that if he breaks the rule you mentioned it should also take into consideration what happened between teamplayers.

All the ignore commands, the name`s and the votekick. Which maybe will lead to a ban like rules says.
