As, Ent rules say (@patti30 mentioned earlier)

picketingcarl has informed the mode before even countdown starts, which means you had enough time to exit the game.
The only problem is he/she typed li mode in captial letter, so he/she was typed again to make it clear.

In my opinion, this request will be denied from enough evidance

@Tedro32 there are enough denied ban requests, if you're informed before countdown. I would recommend in next time, try to exit the game when countdown started. if you don't dislike the mode.

@michaelsong and @patti30 thanks both for answering and i do agree with both mostly with patti30. And i wanted you to know,i havent been playing ltd for too long and in other maps i am used to know game mode at the moment someone has taken red place. However, in this case seems red didnt break rules.
